Stonefield Estate Resort

Minimum Stays

7 night stay for arrivals from December 23 to December 29, 2013
4 night stay for arrivals from December 30 to January 4, 2014
3 night stay during the Winter Season – January 5, 2013 to April 15, 2014

Deposit

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to confirm reservations.
During the Christmas/New Year Season (December 21 – January 4) the total accommodation payment is required to confirm reservations.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfer’s to US Account.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge of 2 nights will be charged for cancellations or change of dates made 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival.
During the Christmas /New Year Season (December 23 – January 4) 50% of the total accommodation payment is forfeited for cancellations 60 days or less prior to the arrival date.

Meal Plans

Stonefield Dining Adventure: (SDA) is US$60.00 per person per day; includes Dinner and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass

All-inclusive (AI):

is US$150.00 per person per day; includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, all beverages including alcohol and non-alcohol by the glass.
(Bottled wines, Premier Liquor, champagne and Lobster at a surcharge).

Meal plans must be purchased for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Some menu items at an up charge and no credit for unused meals.

Children

Stonefield Estate does not accept children under the age of 4 years.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are arranged by Stonefield Estate at the following rates:

  • GFL Charles Airport (SLU), US$90 for 1-3 persons and US$20 for each additional person, one way.
  • Hewanorra Airport (UVF), US$70 for 1-3 persons and US$15 for each additional person, one way.
