Mango Tree uses only fresh local ingredients, including organic herbs, fruits, and vegetables grown on our property. Building on authentic St. Lucian dishes from the recipe books of Stonefield Villa Resort owner, Anista Brown, the culinary team at Mango Tree prepares cuisine that is rooted in local tradition but made for modern tastes. Our talented local chefs offer daily specials and rotating prix fixe menus that reflect the seasons, making our restaurant one of the best Caribbean destinations for a culinary vacation.

Wednesday Sunset Party
Each Wednesday we also host a complimentary cocktail party at 5PM for our guests to socialize and enjoy the sunset! 

Thursday Creole Night
Taste a variety of traditional creole dishes from our, with local DJ’s spinning Afro-Caribbean music and more.

Friday Cocoa Cuisine
Enjoy a unique culinary experience with our chocolate-infused dinner menu every Friday night, with local DJ’s spinning R&B, Slow Jams and more.

  • Package prices are Inclusive of the 17% tax and service charge. 
  • Meal plans must be booked for a minimum of 3 consecutive nights. All meal plans begin with dinner and end with lunch. 
  • Delivery Service of $10.00 USD is not included in the packages.

If one of your St. Lucia adventures included a little sport fishing, bring the catch back to the resort and our on-site chefs will prepare it for you for dinner!

Mama Mae's - Jams, Chutneys and Preserves to Go!

The Mango Tree restaurant serves and bottles the most exquisite preserves using fruits and vegetables grown on property. Named after the owner’s grandmother, Mama Mae’s preserves are a unique and authentic gift. Products include mango, papaya, pumpkin, banana, and tomato jams and chutneys!
