Don't Miss the CECF Pitons Cup This December!

 

On December 13th, don’t miss the Caribbean Equine Cultural Festival (CECF) Saint Lucia, a two-day “luxury lifestyle and racing entertainment event” at the Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club. The Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club has been deemed a Special Racing Authority by the international governing body of horse racing, the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA). It is the very first club in the Caribbean to be formally accredited by the IFHA. This momentous event is the Carribbean’s very first event of its kind, with a thoroughbred racing event followed by a free party and concert on the Turf Club grounds.

 

The event begins with the Pitons Cup, an 1800 meter race with a prize of $150,000 USD at stake. After the race, guests will enjoy a National Day Concert right outside the Royal Saint Lucia Turf Club. This concert will present Meshach, Jah Cure, Patrice Roberts, and Teddyson John Project featuring Ezra d Fun Machine and Ricky T.

General Admission tickets are just $10 plus a $2.24 handling fee, with children under 12 attending for free.
